Head outside to sip hot cocoa and breathe in the fresh mountain air from the comfort of your private patio. Your in-home washer/dryer will even knock out everyone's laundry, so you can feel free to pack light! Stroll half a mile to the gondolas or hop on board the complimentary shuttle to access Whistler's fantastic ski runs. Leave the beginners to Whiski Jack and Green Line while the more advanced skiers among you enjoy Dave Murray downhill or the powder in the Whistler Bowl. All throughout Whistler Village, you can update your wardrobe at The North Face and Patagonia or grab a bite to eat at a wide assortment of local favorites. In the warmer months, play a round or two at the Whistler Golf Club or hike miles of gorgeous trails in the surrounding area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
