Welcome to Little Lake, one of the best kept secrets! This 3 bdrm bungalow offers an upgraded open concept kitchen/dining rm with a large living room with a gas fireplace. Walk out a large deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of yard space for playing games with a large firepit to enjoy. This spring fed lake is great for swimming and fishing with a clay bottom. Located between Brighton and Colborne with lots of amenities close by including The Big Apple and Prince Edward County wineries!
