The House is at walking distance (800m) to Canada line SkyTrain station. Easy access to Richmond airport, Vancouver downtown, Oakridge centre. Shopping at Marine drive station gateway mall. It is one of the two bedrooms in the house. A double size bed is for two guests. A double size sofa bed is in downstairs living room for maximum two more guests. The host usually stays in another bedroom in the house when he is not travelling. Guests will share all the common areas with the host. When the guests use kitchen, please no oily cooking and oily food frying. If guests do so, they might be asked to pay extra cleaning fee. Please put shower curtain inside of the bathtub when taking a shower. Don’t let shower water go to bathroom floor please. Our space is compliant with the new BC short-term rental rules.
I travelled a lot myself, know the traveller’s needs. The house is friendly to late hour self check in. Please inform the host in advance.
Nice neighborhood located in Vancouver south west side.
