This is a private 1 bedroom suite located in a quiet area in the middle of Vancouver. No car? No Problem! Bus transit is a few steps away. 5 min walk to 49th and Fraser with steps to groceries, and restaurants. Bus #49 to UBC or Metrotown and Canada Line (Downtown/YVR airport) The suite is located on the basement floor (plenty of windows) with a separate entrance. The bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and a full closet. There is a full kitchen with pots and pans. Pictures do not do the justice!
I love food and traveling. Currently living in Vancouver, BC, Canada
Vibrant Fraserhood with lots of local cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. To access downtown, take bus #22 on Knight or take bus #8 on Fraser. Direct bus #49 to UBC and Metrotown. Direct bus #430 to Richmond Centre.
