This is a recently renovated spacious and cozy 2br basement suite in a quiet neighbourhood in south Vancouver. It's close to downtown (9 km) and airport (9.8 km). Bus stops are 4 minutes walking distance.
The suite includes a private living room, full kitchen, work space, bathroom and laundry set. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized Ikea bed, dresser, mattress, linens and towels. The living room also has a new queen-sized Ikea leather sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with free TV channels.
The suite comes with free wifi and essentials. There is plenty of free parking around the house.
Software engineer who loves travelling and outdoor activities.
