IMPORTANT NOTE: Noise Transparency Please be aware that in multi-unit buildings, occasional sounds like footsteps or voices may carry between condos. This is a common part of shared spaces. 1. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions! 2. We offer parking for CAD 15/night, available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. 3. These apartments are located on the upper floors. 4. Pets are welcome excluding certain breeds such as pit bulls, which are not allowed due to insurance limitations. All pets must be approved before check-in. The pet fee is CAD49/animal. 5. We're happy to deliver: --> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
