Lory grew up on Toronto Island and is an artist, arts educator, and event planner. She is the founder and past director of Artfest Ontario which produces art festivals in Kingston and Toronto. She is the midst of a career change and has just launched the Artists House Retreat. She welcomes guests for art workshops, creative pursuits, relaxation, and inspiring comfortable stays.
Al is a musician and arts education developer specializing in Experiential Learning at the University of Toronto Scarborough. Lory and Al love downhill skiing, cycling on their tandem bike, tennis, and darts. They are also passionate about gardening, reading, cottaging, and travelling.
