The front lawn leads you down to the river and on site kayaks will get you into the Bay of Quinte during the spring and summer months. The backyard is completely private, with little light pollution, so please enjoy the stars and calm of nature. Sit back, spark a fire, tell a few tales and enjoy a beverage or two. We suggest using the bottled water dispenser for consumption, as the property well water has a very natural taste, but is safe. You'll be the only ones on the property.
