There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.
Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.
A CAD 2.50 per night eco fee is applied to support large-scale carbon reduction projects as part of our sustainability efforts. This fee helps fund conservation and environmental initiatives, verified by Green Step Solutions, ensuring that our environmental footprint is minimised through energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices.
