This new two-story laneway house is located in the central gateway of Vancouver with private entrance and air conditioned, only 2 minutes walk to bus station, which can go directly to UBC, Metrotown and the city center. The house is close to the commercial corridor of 49th Avenue, only 10 minutes walk to Champlain Height shopping mall; 1km from Fraserview Golf Course, 3.5km from Metrotown, 1.5km from Central Park, and only 25 minutes by car to airport. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathroom. The house is on a great location, safe and comfortable.
