Guests are welcomed to book either one of the two private bedrooms or a low-budget shared bedroom/dormitory. One of the private bedroom has a medium-firm double/full-sized bed. The other private bedroom has one medium-firm single/twin-sized bed and an extra foldable twin-sized bed. The shared bedroom has two medium-firm single/twin-sized beds that may be booked together or separately by any guest. Each bed unit has a work station with desk and chair. The rooms all have bright day-light pot lights that can be dimmed. Guests may book one of the private rooms with a private bathroom (located outside of the room) or they may book a room with shared bathroom. Some other areas are shared with guests include the kitchen, dining space, laundry area, lobby, indoor mini-gym, driveway etc. Other features: Seamless self check-in and check-out process. Complimentary coffee/tea/water bottles. One parking space on the driveway may be requested (subject to availability and additional fee). Unique indoor mini-gym for guest use during specified times. The washrooms have complimentary toilet paper, liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo and a hair dryer. Guests will receive a bath towel for use during their stay. Washrooms have a stand shower (no bathtub). The common lounge area has a 43” Amazon Fire smart TV Omni Series 4K UHD that guests can enjoy on the comfy couch. Some perks like Cables and Prime videos are included. The kitchenette has basic amenities for guests but it is recommend that guests order in or bring their own prepared meal that they can store them inside the large fridge and storages dedicated for their personal use. Equipped with big fridge, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, sink, dish washing detergents, basic utensils, and cloth and paper towels. Laundry access for bookings made for 4+ nights. Laundry room has washer and dryer for shared use.
