Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property information

The apartment is located on the top floor of Chesa Arlas and develops on a single level, where the living room and dining area merge into a bright and welcoming environment, enhanced by a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen, separated from the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Guests will also have a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Raclette appliance and a Fondue maker, to fully experience the alpine atmosphere. The TV is equipped with a Sunrise system with access to the main Smart apps, and the apartment offers free Wi-Fi connectivity. To complete the offer: lift, ski room, laundry and a parking space in the garage, suitable for vehicles of small dimensions.

Neighbourhood information

The structure is located on Chavallera Street, in a strategic position between St. Moritz Bad and the elegant Suvretta district. From the garden, it is possible to access, with a short walk of one hundred metres, the slope that leads directly to the Signal cable car, also allowing return on skis. Just six hundred metres away, you reach Lake St. Moritz, perfect for walks and moments of relaxation.
