The neighbourhood is a safe area in the center of Lugano. You can reach with a 3 minutes walk the shores of the lake and you are at immediate distance from Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Gelaterias (you need to try gelateria veneta) and everything you might need! If you are a Fitness enthusiast, with less than a 10 minutes walk you can reach an open air gym where locals usually meet during the sunset hours to sweat it off! The apartment is also located very close also to the University USI, Congress Building Conza and the funicular to Monte Bré! To get around, I would highly suggest to have a nice walk! You can also choose to rent the Lugano Publibike which are normal or electric bicycles with many stations from Pick Up and Drop Off around the city! Public Transportation is also very close to the apartment. Being on the 3rd floor, you get a fresh breeze coming directly from the lake.
