「朝のフライトで到着予定でアーリーチェックインをお願いしていましたが、当日の状況で対応可能とのメールをいただいており、到着前日に到着時間の確認をいただき、到着したら、お部屋ができており、早めのチェックインをしていただけた。とても助かりました。また、お部屋も必要なものはほとんど揃っており、ゆっくりできました。ランドリーなどの他の施設は使用しませんでしたが、立地がとても良い。」
