We are Katie and Edward of Silver Linings Property Group GmbH. Together we provide property management and rental services in Flims, Laax, Falera, Trin and Sagogn. We are also invested in developing a portfolio of properties which we renovate and restore. We live locally and love to ski, hike, cycle and play golf. For us Switzerland is the perfect place to live as we enjoy the outdoors and nature and all it has to offer. From skiing and snowboarding in the winter and rafting, hiking, biking and swimming in the summer. All of these things we can do right from our doorstep. We are happy to share with our guests our local knowledge of the area as well as give tips and recommendations about what to do, where to explore, which restaurants to try and more!

Impressive views of the mountain range and all day sunshine, this wonderful house provides a relaxing stay to explore the beautiful natural area around. From glacial pools to emerald lakes, ski fields and river adventures, there is plenty to do. The house is traditional Swiss chalet, stylishly furnished. There is a large living and dining area and well equipped kitchen. *It is also possible to host 10 guests by renting out the additional smaller apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen and ensuite.
