This property is Absolute Beach front. There are two x two-bedroom self-contained villas equipped with all the modern facilities located on the southeast side of Rarotonga on one of the best beaches and especially lagoon in Rarotonga. The villa has fully equipped Kitchen, laundry, air conditioning, TV and FREE wi-fi. Great snorkeling and swimming at your doorstep. On some days whales and turtles can be seen from the shore.
Catherine your host is owner/manager of Kaia Villas which is located 100m inland from Hawaiki Villas. She lives onsite (at Kaia Villas) so will be available to assist you for your needs. She has experience with managing units in Rarotonga and Aitutaki and looks forward to welcoming you to Paradise.
Tikioki is a quiet village on the south-side of the island next to Muri. Close to Muri Night Market, restaurants, bars, shops and cafes are 10 minutes' walk from the villas. Tikioki has the best beaches and lagoon on Rarotonga and from your front door - your own private beach awaits you.
