Kaia Villas is located in the village of Tikioki, Titikaveka just past Muri. It is set 100m inland away from the busy road and you have access to your own private beach. Two - 2 bedroom modern villas with your own plunge pool, modern facilities and air-conditioning.
Having recently returned to the island to live, we created our property to suit our needs as ‘visiting tourists’ here on holiday. It is kept immaculate and clean with all the mod cons to keep you comfortable during your stay. We are also situated on our family land where you have access to all our fruit trees that surround the property. We are happy to share all the little details that we feel will make your holiday special from a local POV - just need to ask.
Tikioki is a quiet village on the south of the island next to Muri. Close to Muri Night Market, restaurants, bars, shops and cafes are 10 minutes walk from the villas. Tikioki has the best beaches on Rarotonga and your own private beach awaits you.
