The house is spacious, quiet, comfortable, modern, elegant and full of details that will make you feel exclusive and surrounded by nature. It is located inside one of the most exclusive and safe condominiums in the area with sports fields and a private lake. -5 minutes from Melgar City -15 minutes from Piscilago (Swimming Pool Park, Zoo) and Ciudad Reptilia (Reptiles Park) The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The living room has a television and a stereo. Internet Wifi is included. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern. Fully decorated. You will really enjoy the social area of the private pool. The suite room has a large, spacious terrace with incredible views. Great for family with kids, room sleeps up to 14 people. The parking space is for 5 cars inside the driveway.
Yenny, the property manager will be available to answer any questions and solve any problems during your stay. If you need someone to help you around the house with cleaning and preparing food, a trusted person is recommended.
The condominium is very exclusive and has a tennis court, soccer and basketball court, swimming pool, social area, multiple green areas for walking, a natural lake, armed surveillance 24 hours a day among other amenities. The property is fully available and guests can make use of the common areas of the condominium. The condominium is located 5 minutes from the city of Melgar by car. Public transportation (bus) is available at the main entrance of the condominium. Taxis come easily to the house and are very cheap. The property has space for five cars but there is free parking in the common areas of the condominium.
