Impuesto IVA del 19% (Para huéspedes no residentes en Colombia deben cumplir con lo estipulado en el Decreto 297 de 2016 para poder ser exentos del impuesto del IVA, Presentar pasaporte, sello de ingreso al país no superior a 90 días. Los nacionales no residentes deben aportar en el momento del Check-in el pasaporte con los respectivos sellos y adicional deben acreditar su calidad de no residente con otro documento por ejemplo la Green Card), de lo contrario se le sumará a la tarifa el impuesto del IVA del 19%

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。
