You will have a small desk, chair and lamp in your bedroom. 2nd floor of a house: COZY, safe environment, with natural light and good ventilation, important in the hot climate of Santa Marta. Tranquility in the two rooms to sleep. The master bedroom has double bed + air conditioning + blackout curtains and a private balcony + hammock overlooking the courtyard of the house below and the hill-sanctuary behind the house. This service is paid and you will be given the price at the time of request. A small pet may be accepted, with prior approval. ONLY if you request it, I can send a cab to pick you up at the airport, this service is paid and you will be told the price at the moment of the request and will be paid directly to the driver. I can recommend a reliable moto-taxi driver (only for 1 woman in Colombia). There are 2 stores on each street corner and a supermarket 4 blocks away.

I will welcome you the day of your arrival to give you the keys, orient you in the city and answer your questions. I have prepared for you a guide with all the relevant information to make your short stay as profitable and pleasant as possible: places to visit on foot, by bus or by car, transportation prices and distances from the apartment, restaurants, etc. In this guide I leave you my phone numbers so you can contact me if necessary. We will keep in touch, preferably by Wassap, the Booking platform or by phone to give you all the help you need during your stay. Upon arrival, you will find in the kitchen drinking water, salt, sugar, coffee, dish soap, shower soap, laundry bar soap and toilet paper. On request, and if the apartment is free, you can check-in before 15 p.m. or check-out after 11 a.m.. Otherwise, I can store your luggage for you until check-in or check-out time.

The neighborhood is safe. Also, there are family members living in the house downstairs who will be able to guide you, guide you or help you if necessary. Middle class neighborhood, not touristic niether commercial, but close to everything. The street is a bit busy on the day, so if the windows are open you could hear the normal noise of cars/motorbikes during the day, but very quiet in the rooms because they are located at the back the appartement. 13 blocks away you will be in the beautiful bay of Santa Marta to enjoy the wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Ideal to go very early in the morning to bathe in the tranquility of the water or walk/jog in a quiet environment without the hustle and bustle of the day's tourism. The appartment is at a distance of .5 to 1.4 kilometers from the supermarket, Casco Historico (many restaurants), Marina, Beach, Museum, Cathedral, Public market, sports center, restaurants, bus stop, etc. ng. There are 2 grocery stores on each street corner. The gym and the sports complex are within 10 minutes walking distance: tennis, swimming, jogging, walking.
