Underage children traveling with their parents must present the birth certificate (or equivalent document) where the relationship can be evidenced. Children traveling with a guardian or relatives who are "NOT" their parents must present:
Original notarized permission signed by both parents, indicating the following:
- Dates of stay.
- Name of the child's parents with identification number.
- Name of the child with identification number.
- Name of the person they authorize to stay with the child with identification number.
- Copy of the child's birth certificate and identity documents of the above mentioned persons.
All foreign guests must present birth certificates and notarized permission in Spanish or translated into English, if not presented in either of these two languages will not be allowed entry of the child.
