La Boquilla is located at the northernmost point of Cartagena, it is a beach retreat for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Historic Center and the busy beaches of Bocagrande. A few kilometers from the Rafael Núñez airport, and linked to the tourism sector for the enhancement of the area through its new hotels and developments, as well as for the exploitation of natural resources for ecotourism in the Cienaga de la Virgen.
