Alma Tropical is a stunning one-of-a-kind 4 Studio Apartment Luxury Townhome/Villa built in 2023. Centrally located inside the calm area of Malpais, in close proximity to Carmen Beach (Santa Teresa) Costa Rica. Each of the 4 studio units each include a private entrance with a king sized bed, fully equipped kitchenette, work area, small dining set, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, AC and wardrobe. Each apartment is perfect for couples or groups of 3 (*the third guest will be supplied an air mattress equipped with bed linens*).
