3 pools, including 1 large lap pool. Walking trail. 9k from Tamarindo beach. Close to Playa Flamingo, Playa Grande, and Playa Avellas beaches, all are a short car ride away. Lots of local shopping in area. 24 hour security in gated community safe, clean condo. Great place to stay for singles or families. I just added 3 brand new Air Conditioning units, 1 in the main room and 1 in each bedroom. So all 3 rooms have new AC Units. I also just bought 3 new Smart TVs for all 3 rooms. 2 50" and 1 65". I also just changed the shower head in 1 shower to make showering better. And renovated the Master Bathroom, which is now a brand new walk in shower. New dishwasher and coffee maker. Kitchen fully renovated. New dining room table with 6 brand new chairs.
10 minutes from the heart of Tamarindo Beach. 15 minute drive to a few other beaches. Auto Mercado and MaxiPali are 5 minutes down the road. Great central location.
