This mini apartment, located just 400 meters from the beautiful Colonia or Chamán beach, has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay in the Uvita area. In the region, you can visit numerous waterfalls, natural pools and several beaches, each with a particular beauty.

Approximately 200 meters from the property is the Mini Super Mareas, which is very well stocked. For a lager and more affordable supermarket, Maxipalí is 650 m away. The TripAdvisor number 1 and 9 of 55 restaurants in Uvita, Pizza Time/ Bagle Time and el Hornito, are at walking distance (900 m). Nearby there are also a few restaurants and cafes, such as La Choza de Alejo, El Nido del Halcón, Café de la Luz, among others. Nana´s surf, where surf lessons are offered daily, is 150 meters away. Also, in the town of Uvita (approximately 5 minutes by car) there are two large supermarkets and a variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The access to the National Park is 400 m away. There are also 2 beautiful free beaches (Hermosa and Ventanas) 8 and 13 minutes by car, respectively. Uvita Waterfalll is 9 minutes by car or around 1 hour walking.
