There are two spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bedroom is very private with its' own jungle and ocean views and own patio to enjoy the wildlife viewing and breezes. The lower level room has a designated office space and is Air-conditioned. The upper level room has quiet overhead fans throughout the bedroom, outdoor patio areas with couches, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Parking is within a secure gate, and alongside the house. A lit stairway up to the second level, as well as the lit entrance to the lower level welcome guests. There is a secure bodega (lockable garage) for surfboards or other valuables. Parking is just inside the gate. The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screenTV, an area for your clothing, full bathroom, living room couch, jungle and ocean views, and is fully air-conditioned. Just outside is a patio with furniture for enjoying the wildlife and breezes. Just up the stairs is a large patio with an outdoor eating area, and outdoor seating to enjoy the views of the ocean and jungle wildlife. Overhead fans and nice breezes keep the couch area comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped and screened in, with overhead fans for great airflow. The bedroom has a king-size bed flat-screenTV, an area for your clothing, full bathroom, and is well screened with quiet overhead fans that keep you very comfortable. Every room and area of this home has incredibe views of the Golfo Dulce Bay and Pilón surf break, as well as jungle canopy and a valley full of wildlife.

The house is just a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. The beaches have calm river mouths with rope swings, and there are many surf spots to enjoy for all levels. Pilón Point (5 min drive away and in all of the views) is probably the most popular for intermediate to advanced surfers, while Leftovers is usually more of a beginner area. Pavones Point is about a 10 min dive away, and also an advanced or intermediate surf break. The La Yerba road winds for miles up through the jungle in a sparsely populated neighborhood, and crests in the Ngöbe Indigenous reservation. Feel safe and free to enjoy walking up the road and spot wildlife and many fruit trees along the way. Horseback tours on the beach and through mountains are available in the area, as well as great massage therapists, fun restaurants, and private in-home catering. There are also guided jungle tours on foot or horseback, and ATV rentals available.
