Villa Akoya (meaning “pearl” in Japanese) is a unique beachfront luxury rental gem. The villa is designed by renowned Costa Rican architect, Benjamin Garcia Saxe, and built by Gad Harel, the top custom homebuilder in Santa Teresa; it is decorated by Sofia Interiorismo. Villa Akoya mixes elements of tropical architecture and contemporary finishes with an ultra-luxury design. At Villa Akoya, you will enjoy the best of privacy and luxury nestled amid nature with the comfort of knowing that all of the amenities, activities and excitement of Santa Teresa are right in your backyard. Three spacious and stylish bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, big picture windows, and are outfitted with high-quality bedding and bath linens. All bedroom have a king beds. The villa comfortably accommodates up to six persons. An open concept kitchen and living area features high-end appliances, four bar stools at a large countertop island, and a dining table with seating for eight persons. Comfortable and luxurious, the villa is fully-equipped and complete with beautiful amenities. There is 25 GB Wi-Fi throughout, and a TV in the master bedroom. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
