Riverside Apartments is newly renovated space that overlooks the tropical rainforest and river that passes by just behind the main road of town. This apartment is perfect for monthly stays as it comes equipped with all the essentials you might need, and a strong 50MB Internet Speed for Remote Workers. You will be in a great location, walking distance to Supermarkets, Restaurants and just 5 minutes walk to the Beach!

Riverside Apartments is located on a great spot in Santa Teresa: Playa Carmen which has everything to make your stay unforgettable! If you like Surfing, you only have to walk 5 minutes to the Surf Spot at Banana Beach which is right in front of our street. Same distance to Restaurants, Grocery stores and many other places. The Jungle is right around us and a small creek passes by in front of the apartments. Howler Monkeys and all sort of Birds looking for fruits will keep you entertained on sunset hours while sitting in the outside area enjoying a cold drink.
