Central, modern and spacious apartment. Ideal for a relaxed vacation or working remotely (unlimited wi-fi). Casa Bela is your gateway to the wonderful city of 'Morabeza' - Mindelo! This apartment, full of natural light, is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet, family building. You will enjoy a well-equipped and cherished home so you will always feel comfortable during your stay. There is free parking in front of the building. Located in a small square in a residential area of ​​Mindelo (Monte Sossego) you can find several everyday services right around the corner: supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacy, telecommunications, etc. Downtown is a short 10-minute/800-meter walk away, where you will find beautiful colonial architecture, typical restaurants where you can hear live music every night, museums, art and crafts ateliers, the port to take the ferry to Santo Antão (45 minutes journey) and, continuing the walk, end in style by bathing in the wonderful waters of Laginha beach (there are beach bars). *We will be happy to share specific information about the island, suggest what to visit, where to eat, what to do, where to rent a car, including the 'mandatory' visit to the island of Santo Antão - it is a must-see for anyone who comes to São Vicente!*
I'm Portuguese-Cape Verdian, born and raised in Portugal. I love my roots and always knew that Cape Verde was also my place. Casa Bela is a tribute to my dear grandmother Bela and I am happy to have this space when I visit Mindelo. And now you can also enjoy it during your memorable trip to the island of São Vicente. I have two co-hosts, my husband Helder (online) and my cousin Nini (onsite).
Monte Sossego is a residential area of ​​Mindelo where it is not only super close to downtown (10 minutes walk), but will also provide you with a local, peaceful experience and close to several services.
