Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach. This appartment has big veranda (30 square meters) for sun bathing in the daytime and romantic dinners in the evening. It is fully renovated, equiped and furnished with everything new. It is fresh in summer and warm in winter thanks to special thermal insulation. There are efficient A/C (invertor) and radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen has big freige, oven and grill, the washing mashine/dryer.
THis part of the tourist area of Larnaca offers all facilities for comfortable and enjoyable holidays. Clean sundy beach with pedestrian path along the shore, children playgrounds, sport facilities. There are shops, clubs, tavernas, restaurants within walking distance. Facilities of 4 and 5 stars hotels of the area also can be used by guests. All kinds of transport are available.
Easy access to the highway to the airport, Larnaca, Agia Napa and other places.
