This modern brand new 2 BR villas, built-in 2022, are located near Paphos in the beautiful village of Anarita. This is the ideal place for relaxation in nature away from the hustle and bustle city life. Here you can spend an unforgettable time with friends and family, enjoying the clean air, picturesque views along with your own infinity swimming pool and BBQ, and if at any point, you fancy to visit the beach, that is only 8km away!

Neighbourhood information

Anarita is a peaceful village in the northeast of Timi and the Paphos International Airport. It is a 15-minute drive from Paphos and 25 minutes from Kato Paphos and Limassol is approximately a 30 minute drive. Neighbouring villages are Mandria and Timi. Anarita has all amenities nearby from supermarkets, fruit markets, bakeries, kiosks, and three very popular tavernas: The Olivio Restaurant and Wine Bar, Agios Epifanios Taverna, and Alexandro’s. The nearest beach is only 6km away from the property, a very idyllic place where the guests can enjoy fresh fish at Philiotis fish tavern! For golf enthusiasts, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are only a short drive away. A very popular destination for picnics and bbq’s is Timi Forest with picnic tables, benches and plenty of shade near the sea. The Timi Eucalyptus Forest is the ending point for a cycling trail that begins in Kato Paphos. The village is truly a lovely area to raise a family or retire with a nice mix of expats and locals enjoying the peace of village life.
