Constantaras Apartments

As a family-run business being next to the guests is essential. Primary objective is to make the guests feeling welcome.

The guests have fully access to the swimming pools of the sister property, Maricosta, just across the road. There is the large outdoor pool close to a small one for the little guests. At the pool area there are sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation. Just nearby, there is a large area covered with lawn for recreation. All the apartments have there own private balcony, with a view to a verdant scenery. All of them have a well-equipped kitchen, which includes among other amenities a cooking stove, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. Each apartment also has a living room, with sofas, which can be prepared as beds when is required, and a TV (local channels). There is also the bathroom and the bedroom. It is worth mentioning that by request a guest can have, free of charge, iron, hairdryer, baby-cod, baby high-chair and baby pot, among others. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with a/c in bedroom which can be activated with an extra charge if the guest wants, while there is a fan free of charge. Each and every flat has its own private free WiFi. Additionally, guest are welcome to use the free BBQ facilities.

Constantaras Apartments are situated in Pernera, the quiet family-oriented area of Protaras. The property is approx. 2-3min. away from the nearest beach, the sandy Kalamies Beach. They are located opposite the Maricosta Apartments. Both complexes of apartments are being run by the same family. They use a common reception which is opposite at Maricosta. Restaurants, cafes, bars and shops can be found within 200m from the apartments. The property is 2km away from the lively Protaras center and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach.
