A feel home holiday houses with two bedrooms in the heart of Protaras, Cyprus, 500 meters from the nicest sandy beaches in the island, Fig Tree Beach and Sunrise Beach. Comfortable, modern, fully equipped houses ideal for a family of 6, two couples or 6 friends. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Outside the living room there is a large garden and patio. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king size beds. The first bedroom has a super king bed 214cmx194cm that can be converted to 2 beds of 107cmx194cm. Each house is 80 sq.meters and outside in-front there is a veranda and garden 100 sq.meters. Also, there is garden behind 16 sq.meters.In the living room, there is a large corner sofa that can be converted to a double bed. There is also a 40 inches flat cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, large fridge, washing machine, electric hobs, electric oven, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses and all cleaning materials. In the bathroom there are towels, shampoos, shower gels, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.

Houses are located in the heart of Protaras, in a quiet area. You can find restaurants, cafes and bars at a walking distance. Opposite, in 50 meters distance, there is a large supermarket. The beach is 400-500 meters away. House Rules - Guests should keep the property and all furnishings in good order. - Listed Prices include 200KWh ( 45 euros ) of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.22/Kwh.
