We are a none refundable property and payment upon booking will be done by a bank transfer to Cyprus and should be cleared in our account in no more than 5 days from the booking date. Damage deposit will be collected in cash or bank transfer to be cleared in the account before check in. The deposit will be returned in cash or bank transfer at time of check out unless you leave outside the working hours or weekends. In such a case you will get your deposit back via bank transfer. The swimming pool will open by the 1st of June and is not a private one altough not many people use it as there are few more around the property. Swiming pool will be opened by the 1st of June.
