Since our kids were born our life changed upside down, the most significant change happened on the way we plan our holidays. Hotels are not convenient as used to be when we were couples only, rooms are small, corridors are noisy exactly when kids go to sleep, busy, crowded, kids have to share the facilities with others, time rush for meals with kids is painful. that’s make me think about alternative, holiday with freedom, privacy, our pool and our facilities, our food, only us. we thought about book an entire place. After our first holiday in a villa, I wasn’t satisfied, no doubt Villa is way better than hotel with kids but it’s not perfect, something always missing, owner didn’t think about everything, I decided to buy my own holiday villa and make it perfect, we bought Villa Lynn boutique seafront 2015, and we made it perfect as its going to be our house. We decided to rent it out when we are not around, we got loads of booking, amazing reviews from people appreciate what we did, we noticed we doing something special, the idea grow to a little business, Perfecticos ltd. own 6 luxury family holiday places, four sea side villas, one 5-bedroom mansion in the forest of Protaras and a little 7 bedroom palace Grand villa Lynn.

Not every day you can have a holiday in a palace, Grand villa lynn offer you this opportunity in cyprus, if you are planning a group family holiday or like to feel a king for a week, this is your place, 7 bedroom all are equipped with air conditioning units and super king size beds, outdoor pool 14*10M, a basement full of entertainment, GYM, Softplay, a pool table, PlayStation and others games, with swings and slide outdoor in the grass you wont want to leave this place. The mansion sit on 1700 sqm plot, 325 aqm built on two floors and basement of 60 meter, 2 bedroom on the ground floor and 5 bedroom on the first floor offering sea views. You can gather up to 21 people in our villa. 14 adults, 2 kids in bunk bed, 3 babies in a cots, we also have 5 extra mattress if you wish for kids. Best beaches in Cyprus are in the east coast and New Ayia Napa Marina about 5 min drive, there is nice shopping area 10 min away in the city of Paralimni center. Ayia Napa and water park as well about 5-7 min driving.
