This new residential project in Larnaca, McKenzie Area is a modern apartment building, 220m from the beach with views of the sea and salt lake.
The residence is a unique project consisting of an 11- level tower.
The concierge desk is located on the ground floor, to the side of the elegantly decorated entrance lobby, which gives as the ideal first impression of this contemporary building.
The ground floor plan is finished with landscaped gardens in front of covered parking bays, which are accessed through a separate remote-controlled gate. Because safety, security, and privacy are top priorities, only electrically operated gates are used to enter the building, and all resident parking spaces are conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access to the apartments.
