Our lovely 2.5-bedroom maisonette in Ikaria Village has a relaxed Greek-island feel, with fresh sea-inspired touches throughout. On the first floor, you can step out onto one of two balconies — one for the sunrise, one for the sunset. Inside, there’s a bright living room, a cosy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all in a newly renovated space. Upstairs, you’ll find a modern bathroom and 2.5 bedrooms: the master with a large double bed, a second bedroom with two singles, and a small half-room with a bed for one, and a working area. Here you can enjoy stunning sea views, and watch the sunset. Free parking is available on site, so you can explore the area at your own pace.

I’m in my fifties, happily married, and a proud parent of two. Having lived in many countries, I’ve been a guest countless times myself — and I’ve learned what truly makes a stay special. I’ve taken all those little lessons and put them into our beautiful maisonette, so you can feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home from the moment you arrive. Our Complex – Ikaria Village Ikaria Village is a charming seaside complex with a strong Greek-island character — think whitewashed walls, blue shutters, and flower-filled alleys that wind their way down to the communal areas. The setting is both peaceful and convenient: just a short stroll from the Venus Blue Flag Beach, minutes from the Lidl supermarket, and right off Tombs of the Kings Avenue, which takes you north to Coral Bay or south to the heart of Paphos. Within the complex, you’ll find a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and sun-soaked terraces perfect for relaxing. The little Greek-style lanes that meander past bougainvillea and stone arches create a romantic holiday vibe — whether you’re heading down to the pool, meeting friends in the communal spaces, or simply enjoying a quiet evening walk.
