The apartment has access to a large communal swimming pool accessible from the spacious veranda where you can enjoy BBQ and relax. Please be aware that swimming pool is shared with other guests from the building. All of the surrounding attractions in the area are just a short distance away and can be reached on foot or by bus or taxi if you prefer. Apartment is on the ground floor, therefore accessible for people with walking difficulties, and walk in shower makes it so much easier.

Please look at check in times in house rules and policies. *A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out and your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection during the stated checkout times. If checkout is off hours and is unsupervised then inspection of the property will be done the day after and the deposit will be refunded in 48 hours by bank transfer. If you arrive after our check in times you need to provide deposit by bank transfer before arrival. The cleaners will meet guests and assist at check in or day after self check in. No littering is allowed, please make sure all trash and perishables is disposed of by guests. If BBQ is provided, it must be left clean, all dishes must be put clean back into cabinet. Extra charges may apply if damages or extra cleaning is required. an allowance of electricity(10kwh/day) . Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. We will not accept Hen & Stag parties and single sex groups of under 25 years. Please make sure you agree with house rules and policies before booking. Please keep in mind that the apartment is located in a complex and pool is shared with other guests. There is potential for noise in the complex.
