Serenity Villa Mediterranean is an exquisite seafront retreat located on the picturesque Pervolia Beach. Offering breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stunning villa features a spacious terrace, beautiful landscaped garden and an outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing on warm days. With access to the Mediterranean Sea just 50 meters from the property, guests can also unwind in the crystal-clear waters. The villa's fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Inside, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels offers entertainment, while the villa's stylish decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ground level consists of : * Open plan kitchen with all pertinent appliances( Fridge/Freezer, Dish Washer, Stove etc. * A spacious living room area equipped with A/C & Heating, LED TV with Internet & SKY Channels. * A utility (laundry) room. * Toilet Facilities. * Bedroom with en suite. Upper Level consists of: * Three additional bedrooms one with en suite leading out to a huge veranda with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. * There is an additional room that leads into the same veranda with the same stunning sea views, Outside, there is an additional toilet/shower with a beautiful maintained garden and a swimming pool, BBQ & Bar area. * A gate separates the Garden from the beach. * All amenities ( Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shops etc.) are within a 3 minute drive * The property is located within a 5 minute drive of Larnaca International Airport.
