Quiet location to experience true Cypriot living. This beach villa is set within 1360m² of land on a bay, facing west to give you the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. Ideal for children or for an 'away from it all' holiday, yet on the coast and mountains. The house has its own private pool & patio area with barbecue,and sun beds for true relaxation.
The house has central heating & is a cosy retreat for out of season walkers/bicyclers.
A civil engineer by profession, I always wanted to build my own dream house, and when I found the right location ..tranquil, away from it all, by the sea, in the foot of the mountain I made my dream come true...and I am glad to share it with you...
The cottage is located in a very quiet village, Nea Dimata, where you can enjoy absolute privacy with your friends and family. Nearby, you may find local coffee shops, supermarkets and bakeries for you everyday needs. The main town of Polis is an easy 10 minutes drive along the coast, where you can find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and daily markets in the town square. The touristic fishing village of Latchi is a 20 minute drive from the villa, where you can take a boat trip around the Akamas peninsula, try numerous water sports and relax in one of the harbour-front fish taverns. Unspoilt beaches stretch along the coastline around Latchi and Polis. Paphos Town centre with its cosmopolitan harbour area and extensive shops and leisure facilities is approximately 45 minutes by car.
