Villa Ariadne is a detached vacation rental property located in Argaka, Paphos District. Villa Ariadne can sleep up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (West Facing) with barbecue and sea views. Villa Ariadne is an adorable two-storey villa with private swimming pool, private tended garden and outdoor sheltered dining area. On the ground floor of the villa there are an open-plan living/dining area with terrace/pool access, an air-conditioned double bedroom with en suite bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and a family bathroom. At first-floor level there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have balcony access with amazing sea views. There is a Tennis Court available, next to the villa, which is shared with Villa Minoas. Air-conditioning in the living room is available at a cost of 10.00 euros per day, payable locally. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
