Villa Nikita is a modern, two-storey property, located in the idyllic area of Argaka, It comes with it's own private pool, great outside entertaining space with sun loungers, dining area, and of course, BBQ & wood burning pizza oven! Set in peaceful surroundings with spectacular mountain and sea views, a short, 3-5 minute walk will take you to the nearest beach and local restaurant. A scenic 10-minute drive will take you to Polis and more amenities; bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarket.
