Hopefully you will find our apartment a real home from home. We have furnished and equipped it to be modern and homely rather than a sparse and 'cold' holiday rental - we think we have really thought of everything you would need to enjoy a fantastic stress free holiday. The apartment is situated on the top floor of the small complex so when using the massive outside terrace you will never be overlooked. The terrace gets the sun from sunrise to around 5pm in the evening - the shade at that time often welcome in the middle of summer and provides an ideal opportunity for a chilled local wine or al fresco dining. We have full air conditioning in both bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and in the living room area. We provide free fast WI-FI and also have a TV streaming service with free UK/Russian/Greek TV channels/sports channels/movies. There are a good selection of books/DVD's/CD's/board games provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. We feel the apartment is ideally suited to a maximum of 4 adults or family group ie 2 adults and 2 children (max 6 guests in total). The price quoted includes a meet and greet service on arrival by our local manager.

We are a family of four based in West Yorkshire (hence the apartment name!!!). Myself and Claire and our 2 kids Alice (10) and Arthur (7) - if you read the guest book left in the apartment (please leave your message also) you will see we have visited our apartment many times over the years. My sister lives locally as she is married to a Cypriot guy - this being one of the reasons why we decided to have our own holiday home out in Cyprus. We take great pride in welcoming you into our home from home abroad and will endeavour to make your booking experience and time in our apartment as seamless and enjoyable as it can be - we have a number of guests who return to us year on year as they enjoy their stay so much.

We chose Kapparis as our holiday home location as we feel it has everything you need within walking distance but is still very close to the more developed tourist areas of Protaras and Agia Napa. Kapparis has a very good selection of bars ranging from the traditional pub to modern wine bars. It has 3 fantastic restaurants and a number of more traditional but excellent eateries. There are 2 local supermarkets, a hairdressers, coffee shop, bakery, off licence and cash point all within easy walk from the apartment. We do recommend car hire to enable guests to enjoy all the area has to offer, but if you would prefer not to hire a car, there is a very reasonably priced local bus service which goes into Agia Napa/Protaras. The local beach (Fireman's) is fantastic - crystal clear and shallow - great for swimming and snorkelling - it is around a ten minute walk from the apartment.
