Welcome to our 1+kk apartments with beautiful terrace overlooking the city!
This fully equipped apartment is ideal for a couple or friends who want to enjoy staying in one of the most popular neighborhoods to live in Prague. The city centre is just 11 minutes away by tram, while you will experience complete tranquility in the apartment. The district is filled with beautiful cafes and stylish bistros.
An apartment that you have all to yourself includes:
- Main room with double bed 160x200 cm and dining table
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine. There is also salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee.
- Smart TV
- Terrace with city view

The apartment is located on the top floor of a building with a lift, so it is quiet and has a beautiful view.

周辺エリアの情報
Holešovice is a centre of modern art. In the centre of the district is the Prague Market Hall, which has been renovated in recent years and is now home to a number of galleries, shops and restaurants. Another important centre for modern art is the DOX Centre, which focuses on contemporary art from around the world.
Holešovice (but further away from our apartments, which is in a quiet location) is also known for its nightlife. The district is home to a number of bars, clubs and discos that offer a wide variety of music and atmosphere.
Walking and cycling
If you want to take a walk around Holešovice, you can take a stroll along the Vltava riverbank. From here you will have a beautiful view of Prague.
You can also visit the Stromovka Park, which is located in neighbouring Bubenec. The park is a great place to relax and unwind.
Holešovice is ideal for cycling. There are a number of cycle paths around the district that will take you to the centre of Prague or the surrounding area.
You can also go on a bike trip to Stromovka or Vyšehrad.
The city centre - Náměstí Republíky is 11 minutes away by tram.
Prague Castle is approximately 30 minutes by tram.
