Apartmán 101

We are enthusiastic travelers who have decided to use our travel experiences in the beautiful, spacious and practically equiped Apartment 101. Besides the original decoration by our own travel photos will make your holiday more enjoyable a lot of practical things like foldable hooks above the window (to dry clothes above heating), or drying rack, or an electric ski boot dryer, etc. Of course there are basic things like hair dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. The beautiful neighborhood and the Krkonoše Mountains (Riesengebirge) offers a wide range of sports activities and excursions. So you can use our SKI Depot to store ski or bicycles or rent there (free of charge) two sledges. Apartment 101 rules: The apartment is located in an apartment building. That is why we ask all visitors to keep clean the apartment and the house as well and do not disturb by their behavior other roommates. No smoking in the apartment and in the building. Smoking is allowed in front of the entrances to the building. Prohibition walking on the stairs in ski boots. Not suitable for pets. Parties or events are prohibited.

Completely renovated and above standard equipped apartment with size 101m2 is ideal for a winter or summer holiday for a family with children or a group of friends. The Apartment offers three bedrooms and a large residential kitchen. In the smallest bedroom are two single beds, in the second larger bedroom are two single beds which could be changed into a double bed and the largest bedroom has a large double bed. Available is the entire apartment (except two small storage rooms for cleaning), including bed linen, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels. Each bedroom is equipped by large wardrobe and a drawer chest and there are always two electrical outlets above each bedside table. A practical work desk is ready for work and four installed flat-screen TVs can help with leisure time. There is a large bathroom with a toilet and a huge shower. Second toilet offers another wash-basin and there is as well washing machine. For small children we will be happy to prepare a children's dining chair and other childrens equipment. You can also also easily attached child's playpen to one sledge available for rental in the SKI Depot. Important: The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator

In winter: Apartment is in the middle of the biggest skiing resort in Czech Republic. SkiResort Černá hora–Pec offers 44 kilometers of slopes. Within 5 to 10 minutes by car are big slopes as Černá Hora in Jánské Lázně (height difference over 550m) or smaller slopes like Duncan which is perfect for children or beginners. Day or evening skiing is also possible in Mladé Buky, Černý Důl and other areas. A sledge toboggan run from Černá hora is also popular (by cable car up and then 3,5 km down on the sleigh). For the cross-country skiers there are also beautiful tracks around and the Krkonošská magistrála (Krkonose trail) goes directly via Horní Maršov. In the summer you can enjoy treking and biking with a lot of bicycle or scooter rentals around. You can also go there for a walk to "Trail through the Crown of Trees". Or you can enjoy two rope parks (cable centres) nearby. Nearest golf course is just 7 km in Mladé Buky. There is also a new children's park with water attractions, trampolines and a bobsleigh track. Trips: ZOO and Safari in Dvůr Králové, „a rock city“ Adršpach, artillery fortress Stachelberg, Kuks - Baroque Hospital, „The Fortress City“ of Josefov and other nice places.
