Rezidence Moser Family Apartments are located in a modern residential complex just 3 kilometers from the center of Karlovy Vary. The apartments feature a kitchen connected to the living room, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, WC, and a separate WC. Two bedrooms with double beds are complemented by a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as an extra bed for two people. In the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, there is also a cozy dining area with a large dining table. Towels, bathrobes, and bed linen are of course included in the price. Bathrobes are available for rent for a small fee. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The Moser Residence features a wellness center with a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center, which are free to access. For an additional fee, there is also a private wellness area with a hot tub and sauna. If you bring bicycles or skis, you can store them for free in the bike/ski storage room.

Rezidence Moser is located in the Dvory district of Karlovy Vary, 3 kilometers southwest of the center. You can reach the city center on foot in 30 minutes or by bus in 15 minutes. Meals are offered by the Dvorana Hotel restaurant 200 meters away, for shopping you can go to the Varyáda shopping center 400 meters away with dozens of shops, a supermarket, fast food and a pizzeria. Sports activities are offered by the nearby Meandr Ohře complex, a climbing wall or a boat rental. An experience you will certainly not forget is a visit to the neighboring Moser glassworks.
