My name is Yana and I am a property manager at Masarykova N°30 Residence. We always strive to provide as much useful information about accommodation and stay as possible. You can find all the useful information in the emails we provide. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us. CHECK-IN PROCESS: Our self-check-in process is very simple and fast. After making a reservation, guests will receive a confirmation email with a link to an online check-in form. The online check-in form must be filled out no later than 1 day before arrival. Once the form is completed, guests will receive instructions for check-in to pick up the apartment key, 1 day before arrival. You can check in anytime from 2:00 PM. With prior arrangement, you can arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know in advance. If you have any special requests, such as needing a baby cot, a high chair for your child, or separate sleeping arrangements, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please let us know at least one day before your arrival and if possible, we will confirm these requests for you.

Masarykova N°30 Residence offers 11 apartments named after fascinating minerals and stones: Amethyst, Citrine, Diamond, Graphite, Jasper, Moonstone, Neptunite, Onyx, Rhodonite, Sapphirine (the only apartment with a balcony), Heliodor. All providing fantastic accommodation in the center of historic Brno. Apartment amenities include free Wi-Fi Internet, lift, air-conditioning, alarm system, washer & dryer, satellite TV with Internet access and more. The price includes weekly cleaning, full linens and towels. Extra cleaning is possible upon request for an extra fee of 15 EUR. The apartments have parquet flooring, renovated original casement windows, bathrooms with tile and stylish, comfortable décor and furnishings.

This lovely gem of a building sits on the corner of a main street (where you can find a tram line, making travel all around the city an easy affair; there is a tram stop seconds away), close to the main train station in Brno – convenient indeed for travelers. The area is home to other lovely residential buildings built during a similar era – pretty buildings for days as well as several churches (e.g. St. Mary Magdalene Church), the Capuchin Crypt (housing Capuchin monk mummies), and many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, pharmacies, banks, etc. Visitors will surely delight in the charming decorative oddity across from the residence – a building with three colorful, oversized roosters perched atop its rooftop. Brno’s main house of worship, the impressive Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul is just a few minute’s walk away. The beautiful cathedral sits on Petrov Hill, which provides lovely views of the city. Another popular sight in Brno is the Vegetable Market square – located just around the corner from the residence. The square is home to a daily produce market where farmers from the surrounding countryside come and offer their home grown fruits and vegetables. Lovers of history should take note that under the square lies an impressive labyrinth that dates back to the Middle Ages – spend some time touring this incredibly atmospheric place. Furthermore, the city boasts the Špilberk Castle, one of the main attractions, and the Brno Ossuary, the second largest ossuary in Europe after the Paris Catacombs. Brno showcases an array of architectural styles – be sure to visit the UNESCO-protected Villa Tugendhat, a masterpiece of Modernism by architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
