“Paní provozní a servírka v jedné osobě, fakt milá, ochotná, nic není problém, my jsme byli moc spokojení a cítili se jako doma, snídané a jídla vynikající, asi nejlepší kuchyně v Harrachově! Těšíme se, až se zas vrátíme!”

“Velmi příjemná paní recepční/obsluha restaurace při polopenzi nebo při posezení mimo snídani/večeři. Parkování v létě zdarma, i když jsem očekával platbu. Poloha hotelu - velmi blízko Mumlavského vodopádu, mimo centrum města.”

“Die Lage war echt super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei Bedarf ist die Busstation gleich um die Ecke. Alle im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist ausreichend, auch für größere Personen.”

“Místo hotelu Anna hodnotím hotel Bílý Horec, kam jsem byl kvůli havárii kotle přemístěn. Personál byl v pohodě a zvlášť bych vyzdvihl kuchaře, protože jídlo bylo proste vynikajici. Moc jsem si pochutnal.”
