Vila Martina is a unique place for families with children or a group of friends. The kitchen connected to the living room with a large French window allows direct access to a large terrace, a garden with a pool and a gazebo. At the end of the garden there is a playground with street workout facilities.
Vila Martina belongs to the category of smart houses. It is equipped with an intelligent Loxone installation. You can comfortably control everything via your phone, even though button control is a matter of course.
Quality is our priority.
The villa is located in a cottage area near the nature reserve Bosonožská háhjek. In the surroundings you can run, ride a bike, fish at Dolní rybník. You can also take trips to Brno and its surroundings (e.g. Moravian Karst, Lednice-Valtice area). For motorcycle fans, the Masaryk circuit is nearby, where the Moto GP Grand Prix is held every year.
