Property information

Vila Prag is located at the end of the dead-end street Pod Habrovou, in a quiet part of Barrandovo. In 2010, it underwent a total reconstruction, where the original idea of ​​the architect Jan Kaplický, who designed the villa for Jaroslav Dietl, was renewed. The villa is surrounded by a forest that provides complete peace and privacy. At the same time, you can reach the center on Národní třída in ten minutes by car and in 20 minutes by public transport. Arrival times to Anděl are halved. The villa has a large indoor pool with salt water, which can be used all year round and is heated. In the summer, it is possible to sit in complete privacy in the atrium by the outdoor fireplace and enjoy the view of the large forest park-style garden measuring 3,000 m2. The villa is suitable for the accommodation of managers, organizing events, but also for the accommodation of foreign tourists or for a family holiday. The villa has 11 rooms with a maximum capacity of 32 beds. For golf lovers, the Hodkovičky Golf & Country Club is only three kilometers away. In this area you will also find tennis courts and other sports activities. We recommend a trip on roller skates around the Vltava to Zbraslav
